- I used this pack of cream cheese that has 8 individually wrapped portions! I used 3 of those portions. I snacked on a couple of leftover pieces (hehe).
- Cut each piece of cream cheese into 3. I used cut up vegetables this time, but shredded cabbage would be fine.
- Put some of the cut up vegetables on a tortilla. Add 3-4 pieces of cream cheese, and the smoked salmon too. Just use as much of each ingredient as you like!
- Roll it up, and squeeze it firmly with the seam side down. Cut into 3 pieces and put on a plate, cut side up with the seam sides leaning against each other.
- Combine the dressing ingredients and pour it nicely around the rolled tortilla pieces and it's done. Even though they're really easy, they look great and are delicious as well.
