  1. Take boiled potatoes and peas in a bowl and mash them.  - Now add finely chopped onions, carrots, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt.
  2. Also add corn flour and maida  for binding. Make equal size small oval balls or round balls of the mixture and Insert the ice cream stick in each ball and press well.
  3. Keep in refrigerator for an hour. Remove them from refrigerator.
  4. Mix the cornflour into a bowl and add little water to make thick batter. Each time dip each in a cornflour batter and  roll over with the bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot add one by one coated balls with ice cream stick and deep fry till crispy and golden.
  6. Served hot with tomato ketchup.
