This Slow Cooker Applesauce is paleo and vegan-friendly and is a snack your kids will love! Hard, less juicy apples are going to make a thick, chunky applesauce. Softer apples will break down more, creating a more consistent texture. For this, I'm using one Braeburn apple, two Empires. Just Granny Smith apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon.
