  6. Place them in a steamer for 15-20 min. I have used an Kadhai and a plate with small pores to steam as I don’t have a steamer. To do so, simply put 1.5 to 2 cup of water in kadhai and place bowl in inverted position. Now on top of it place the plate with momos. Cover it with lid.
  7. Finally serve then with schezwan sauce and mayonnaise.

To make healthy momos, combine the whole wheat flour and a little salt in a deep bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
