- With wet hands, sculpt into balls. Add the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs to three different dishes. Roll in flour first, then eggs and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat deep fat fryer (or oil in a pan) to 150c. In batches of 2-3 gently drop into oil (watch for splash backs) and cook until golden brown. Place in a piece of kitchen roll to remove excess oil. Store in warm oven until all fried.
