- Sieve out the mixture removing the cinnamon and vanilla pods
- Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into the milk mixture and serve in christmasy glasses or mugs
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick, with a mini gingerbread man at the side to dip in :)

- If heating through serve before allowing to steep and do not add the egg whites. Do not reheat
