- For sugar syrup: take 4tbsp of sugar, add 1/4tsp citric acid(nimbu sath) and 1cup of water. boil till the sugar melts. let it cool. for cake:take a bowl. add condensed milk, powdered sugar, maida, baking powder, baking soda, butter, vanilla essence. beat it well using a beater. add milk slowly and beat cntnsly so that no lumps r formed. add milk till you get batter consistency. now divide this batter in three equal portions. add yellow colour to one portion, add green colour to another portion.
- Now take a greesed cake mould n pour plane batter, then pour yellow batter, green batter n mix gvng d texture of marble. take a big vessel, put a steel ring into it. place cake mould on d ring. dont add water. take aluminium vessel. cover d vessel. let it cook fr 40mnts on low flame. whrn u feel d aroma f cake, check wth a knife. if it cmes neat n clean ur cake s ready. let it cool. now cut d cake in two layers. sprinkle sugar syrup on one layer. apply whip cream, place second layer.
- Sprinkle syrup and agn apply layer whip cream and garnish wth silver balks as you like. chill it and serve.
