- NOTE: Add Potatoes after mutton fry if uses or skip that part..(usually in occasions i did not add potatoes)
- Now in a bowl add yogurt with coriander,cumin and all spice powder..
- Mix well and add into mutton..
- Cook for 5,6min..
- Soak rice for one hour and drain it's water(use Saleh or Basmati)
- Now in pot add mutton yakhni and salt according to rice..
- Add rice and cook till water dries..
- Put on dum for 6,8min..
- Serve with tarka raita and Enjoy th
