  15. Prepare 2-3 tsp gud (jaggery)
  16. Take 1-2 tsp chini (sugar) - if required
  17. Make ready 4 cups water

  1. Wash tulsi, ajwain & adrak.
  2. Make adrak & elaichi paste. Take a tea pan. Switch on the gas. Boil water.
  3. Add akha dhania, laung, elaichi, kali miri, haldi, ajwain, dal chini, jeera, tulsi, saunf, ajwain leaves, adrak, gud & chini to the boiling water. Let it boil for few minutes.
  4. Boil it till 3 cups water remains. Switch off the gas. Sieve kadha in 2 glasses. Add honey & lemon juice. Your healthy drink is ready. Serve hot.
