- Now add fried neem buds & mix everything well.
- Cook for 2-3 min. Switch off gas. Serve hot. ☺☺
Pour extra oil out and leave around ½ tablespoon of cooking oil in. Now add all spice powders and salt and mix. Add Cubed eggplant, water and mix once again. I also added two cubed potatoes. Fry the potatoes till they are cooked through, turn the potatoes few times while frying.
