  5. Next add a few "dollops of Daisy" (sour cream) on top of spinach. Sprinkle minced garlic on top plus salt and pepper.
  6. Now sprinkle shredded cheese on top of that layer.
  7. Repeat one more layer..spinach, spices, sour cream and shredded cheese last.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 min until cheese begins to bubble.
