  1. First prepare plain quinoa (just like rice), boil toor daal and moong daal. Boil all veggies (carrot, beans, green pease, potato)
  2. In a big pan add oil half of mustard seeds, half of jeera, 2-3 dry red chilli, onion fry it nicely.
  3. Now add boiled veggies, peanuts, turmericpowder, chilli powder mix well. Then add boiled toor daal and moong daal mix it then add cooked quinoa mix all completely. Add bisi bele bath powder, salt, water as required (cook it in low flame)
  4. Cook it for 5 minutes. After tat in a small pan add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, asafoetida, hing, curry leaves and 2-3 dry red chillies.
  5. Pour this tadka on prepared bisi bele bath. Close the lid so the aroma of asafoetida ll remain. Then while serving garnish with finely chopped coriander and ghee. Sprinkle kaara boondi and have it hot hot bisi bele bath is ready to eat.
