  4. Now add 2 cups water and let it boil. Once it has boiled add the quinoa
  5. Add some salt and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15-20 mins
  6. Take another pan and add 1 tbsp oil and crack the eggs inside and add a little bit of salt
  7. Keep mixing the eggs until they are all crumbled
  8. Once the quinoa rice has been cooked add the crumbled eggs on top and mix well
  9. Garnish with coriander
