  16. Prepare 2 tbsp not heaped, of your favourite Masala Powder. I usually use Kolhapuri Masala but Graram Masala will do
  17. Take 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander (cilantro)
  18. Prepare 50 ml coconut cream

Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed. Coconut sugar: A traditional sweetener used in Thailand for curries!
